How do I book?

Tap "Book Appointment," choose your service, pick a date and time, and enter your info. Acuity will email you a confirmation.

Do you take walk-ins?

Every service must be booked in advance, and appointments made outside the online system may carry an additional fee. Text 313-469-2524 for availability or assistance.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All appointments require a $25 nonrefundable deposit, applied toward your service. Zelle and cash are preferred, and major credit and debit cards are accepted. Deposits and payments are handled through Acuity.

Question 4

How early should I arrive?

You do not need to arrive early. There is a 10-minute grace period; after that a $10 late fee is added, and being 30 minutes late may result in automatic rescheduling.

Can I cancel?

Appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance through your original booking confirmation. A new date is not guaranteed because appointments fill quickly. Please read the booking policies for details, including the no-call/no-show policy.

How do classes work?
